Sunan An Nasai 3970 is a hadith from The Book Of Mazara'h compiled by Imam An-Nasai. أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، فِي عَبْدَيْنِ مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ كَاتَبَ أَحَدُهُمَا، قَالَ: جَائِزٌ إِذَا كَانَا مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ يَقْضِي أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ الْآخَرِ .
زہری کہتے ہیں کہ مفاوضہ کے طور پر دو غلام شریکوں پھر ایک مکاتبت کر لے تو یہ جائز ہے اس میں شرط یہ ہے کہ دونوں شریک میں یہ بات طے ہو کہ ہر ایک دوسرے کی طرف سے ادا کرے گا۔
It was narrated from Az-Zuhri concerning two slaves who were partners, and one of them quit, that he said: One of them may cover for the other if they were partners.
