أَخْبَرَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ .

Urdu Translation

جریر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   جو کوئی غلام بھاگ کر مشرکوں کی زمین میں چلا جائے تو اس کا خون حلال ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Jarir said: Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.
