أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ وَضَعَ رِجْلَهُ فِي الْغَرْزِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ ؟، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ .

Urdu Translation

طارق بن شہاب رضی اللہ عنہ ۱؎ کہتے ہیں کہ   ایک شخص نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سوال کیا اور وہ یا آپ اپنا پیر رکاب میں رکھے ہوئے تھے، کون سا جہاد افضل ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ظالم حکمراں کے پاس حق اور سچ کہنا“۔
