Baab Khareed O Farookht Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ خَالِدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَدِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَشَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَرِبْحِ،‏‏‏‏ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سلف اور بیع ایک ساتھ کرنے، ایک بیع میں دو شرطیں لگانے، اور اس چیز کے نفع لینے سے منع فرمایا جس کے تاوان کا وہ ذمے دار ( ضامن ) نہ ہو ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Amr bin shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that: the Messenger of Allah prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses.
