أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ قَطَعَ يَدَ سَارِقٍ سَرَقَ تُرْسًا مِنْ صُفَّةِ النِّسَاءِ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک چور کا ہاتھ کاٹا جس نے عورتوں کے چبوترے سے ایک ڈھال چرائی، جس کی قیمت تین درہم تھی۔

English Translation

Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that: the Prophet cut off the hand of a thief, who stole a shield, from a portico allocated to women, the price of which was three Dirhams.
