Baab Chour Ka Hath Kaatne Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدِ رَبِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَرُزَيْقٍ،‏‏‏‏ صَاحِبِ أَيْلَةَ أَنَّهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏سَمِعُوا عَمْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   ہاتھ کاٹنا چوتھائی دینار اور اس سے زیادہ میں ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Amrah that 'Aishah said: Cutting off (the hand of the thief) is for one-quarter of a Dinar or more.
