أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ:‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ .

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اچک کر لے جانے والے کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا“۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said: The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off.
