It was narrated that Talq bin Habib said: Ten things are from the Sunnah: Using the Siwak, trimming the mustache, rinsing the mouth, rinsing the nose, letting the beard grow, trimming the nails, plucking the armpit hairs, circumcision, shaving the pubes and washing one's backside.

طلق بن حبیب کہتے ہیں کہ   دس باتیں انبیاء کی سنت ہیں: مسواک کرنا، مونچھ کاٹنا، کلی کرنا، ناک میں پانی ڈالنا، ڈاڑھی بڑھانا، ناخن کترنا، بغل کے بال اکھیڑنا، ختنہ کرانا، ناف کے نیچے کے بال صاف کرنا اور پاخانے کے مقام کو دھونا۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن ( نسائی ) کہتے ہیں: سلیمان تیمی اور جعفر بن ایاس ( ابوالبشر ) کی حدیث مصعب کی حدیث سے زیادہ قرین صواب ہے اور مصعب منکر الحدیث ہیں ۱؎۔
