Baab Zaib O Zeenat Aur Araish Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بَعْضِ مَوَالِي الْعَبَّاسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُعَصْفَرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالثِّيَابِ الْقَسِّيَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَنْ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ وَهُوَ رَاكِعٌ .

Urdu Translation

علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زرد رنگ سے، ریشمی کپڑے سے، اور رکوع کی حالت میں قرآن پڑھنے سے منع فرمایا۔

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Ali that : The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade (wearing) garments dyed with safflower, and Al-Qassiyah garments, and reciting Qur'an while he is bowing.
