It was narrated from Anas that: The Prophet [SAW] used to say: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-jununi wal-jadhami, wal-barasi wa sayy'il-asqam (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from possession, leprosy, leukederma and bad sickness (that may lead to visible deformity).

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُنُونِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْجُذَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْبَرَصِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ .

انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کہتے تھے: «اللہم إني أعوذ بك من الجنون والجذام والبرص وسييء الأسقام» ”اے اللہ! جنون ( پاگل پن ) ، جذام، برص اور برے امراض سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں“۔
