Baab Mashroobat Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ هُوَ الْخَمْرُ .

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: انگور اور کھجور کا مشروب خمر ( شراب ) ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir that: The Prophet [SAW] said: Raisins and dried dates are Khamr.
