It was narrated from Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari that: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: Every intoxicant is unlawful.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيشُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ مُصَرِّفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .
