أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْأَشْرِبَةِ ؟،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اجْتَنِبْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ يَنِشُّ .

Urdu Translation

زید بن جبیر کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مشروبات کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انہوں نے کہا: ہر اس چیز سے بچو جو نشہ لائے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Zaid bin Jubair said: I asked Ibn 'Umar about drinks and he said: 'Avoid everything that intoxicates.'
