Jarir said: Ibn Shubrumah would not drink anything except water and milk.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا جَرِيرٌ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ لَا يَشْرَبُ إِلَّا الْمَاءَ وَاللَّبَنَ .
