أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَوْمًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا فُلَانُ أَلَا تُحَسِّنُ صَلَاتَكَ أَلَا يَنْظُرُ الْمُصَلِّي كَيْفَ يُصَلِّي لِنَفْسِهِ إِنِّي أُبْصِرُ مِنْ وَرَائِي كَمَا أُبْصِرُ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   ایک دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز پڑھائی، پھر سلام پھیر کر پلٹے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:  اے فلاں! تم اپنی نماز درست کیوں نہیں کرتے؟ کیا نمازی دیکھتا نہیں کہ اسے اپنی نماز کیسی پڑھنی چاہیئے،  ( سن لو )  میں اپنے پیچھے سے بھی ایسے ہی دیکھتا ہوں جیسے اپنے سامنے سے دیکھتا ہوں ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed one day then left and said: '0 so-and-so, why don't you improve your prayer? Shouldn't the one who is praying reflection how he prays it for himself? I can see behind me just as I can see in front of me. '
