It was narrated from ‘Amr bin ‘As that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught him fifteen prostrations in the Qur’an, including three in the Mufassal and two in Al-Hajj.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْعُتَقِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُنَيْنٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ كِلَالٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَقْرَأَهُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ سَجْدَةً فِي الْقُرْآنِ:‏‏‏‏ مِنْهَا ثَلَاثٌ فِي الْمُفَصَّلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الْحَجِّ سَجْدَتَيْنِ .

عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو قرآن میں پندرہ سجدے پڑھائے، ان میں سے تین سجدے مفصل میں اور دو سجدے سورۃ الحج میں ہیں۔
