حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي عِنَبَةَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ:‏‏‏‏ بِ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَ هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ .

Urdu Translation

ابوعنبہ خولانی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز جمعہ میں: «سبح اسم ربك الأعلى» اور «هل أتاك حديث الغاشية» پڑھتے تھے ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu ‘Inabah Al-Khawlani that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite “Glorify the Name of your Lord the Most High” and “Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e., the Day of Resurrection)? [Al-A’la (87) and Al-Ghashiyah (88)] on Friday.
