حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنْ نِكَاحَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا .

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دو نکاحوں سے منع فرماتے ہوئے سنا، ایک یہ کہ کوئی شخص بھتیجی اور پھوپھی دونوں کو نکاح میں جمع کرے، دوسرے یہ کہ خالہ اور بھانجی کو جمع کرے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah forbid two types of marriage: For a man to be married to a woman and her paternal aunt (at the same time), and to a woman and her maternal aunt( at the same time).”
