Baab Talaq Aur Layan Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ يَبِيعُ طَعَامًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِيهِ فَإِذَا هُوَ مَغْشُوشٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ غَشَّ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک شخص کے پاس سے گزرے جو گیہوں ( غلہ ) بیچ رہا تھا، آپ نے اپنا ہاتھ اس کے اندر ڈالا تو وہ«مغشوش» ( غیر خالص اور دھوکے والا گڑبڑ ) تھا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو دھوکہ فریب دے، وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed by a man who was selling food. He put his hand in it and saw that there was something wrong with it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, 'He is not one of us who cheats. '
