حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الرَّقِّيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا هُوَ مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ایک خطبہ میں فرمایا: کسی عورت کا اپنے مال میں بغیر اپنے شوہر کی اجازت کے تصرف کرنا جائز نہیں، اس لیے کہ وہ اس کی عصمت ( ناموس ) کا مالک ہے ۔

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father that he delivered: “It is not permissible for a woman to dispose of her wealth except with her husband's permission, once he has married her.”
