حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْكَرَابِيسِيُّ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ، أُلْجِمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ .
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص سے دین کا کوئی مسئلہ پوچھا گیا، اور جاننے کے باوجود اس نے اس کو چھپایا، تو قیامت کے دن اسے آگ کی لگام پہنائی جائے گی ۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever is asked about knowledge that he has and he conceals it, will be bridled on the Day of Resurrection with reins of fire.'
