حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الطَّبَّاعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ عَبْدَهُ عَمْدًا مُتَعَمِّدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَجَلَدَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِائَةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَنَفَاهُ سَنَةً وَمَحَا سَهْمَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   ایک شخص نے اپنے غلام کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کر دیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کو سو کوڑے مارے، ایک سال کے لیے جلا وطن کیا، اور مسلمانوں کے حصوں میں سے اس کا حصہ ختم کر دیا۔

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said: “A man killed his slave deliberately and with malice aforethought, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave him one hundred lashes, banished him for one year, and cancelled his share from among the Muslims.”
