It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The hand of the Muslims is over others, and their blood and wealth is equal in value. The (asylum granted by) the lowest of them applies to the Muslims, and the Muslims return (the spoils of war) to the farthest of them.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْأَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَدُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَدْنَاهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيَرُدُّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَقْصَاهُمْ .

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمانوں کا ہاتھ اپنے علاوہ دوسری قوم والوں پر ہے ( یعنی ان سب سے لڑیں، آپس میں نہ لڑیں ) ان کے خون اور ان کے مال برابر ہیں، مسلمانوں کا ادنی شخص کسی کو پناہ دے سکتا ہے اور لشکر میں دور والا شخص بھی مال غنیمت کا مستحق ہو گا ۔
