It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The one who is deprived is the one who is deprived of a will.”

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا دُرُسْتُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمَحْرُومُ مَنْ حُرِمَ وَصِيَّتَهُ .

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: محروم وہ ہے جو وصیت کرنے سے محروم رہے ۔
