حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الْمُهَلَّبِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَجَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَ حَجَّاتٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَجَّتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُهَاجِرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحَجَّةً بَعْدَ مَا هَاجَرَ مِنْ الْمَدِينَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَرَنَ مَعَ حَجَّتِهِ عُمْرَةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاجْتَمَعَ مَا جَاءَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَا جَاءَ بِهِ عَلِيٌّ مِائَةَ بَدَنَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مِنْهَا جَمَلٌ لِأَبِي جَهْلٍ فِي أَنْفِهِ بُرَةٌ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَنَحَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ ثَلَاثًا وَسِتِّينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَنَحَرَ عَلِيٌّ مَا غَبَرَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قِيلَ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ ذَكَرَهُ؟، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جَعْفَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .

Urdu Translation

سفیان ثوری کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تین حج کئے ۱؎، دو حج ہجرت سے پہلے، اور ایک حج ہجرت کے بعد مدینہ سے آ کر کیا، اس حج کے ساتھ آپ نے عمرہ کو بھی ملایا ( یعنی قران کیا ) اس حج میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے ساتھ جو اونٹ لے کر آئے تھے، اور جو علی رضی اللہ عنہ ( یمن سے ) لے کر آئے تھے سب ملا کر کل سو اونٹ تھے، جن میں سے ایک اونٹ ابوجہل کا بھی تھا، اس کی ناک میں چاندی کا ایک چھلہ تھا، ان میں سے ۶۳ اونٹوں کو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ہاتھ سے نحر کیا، اور جو باقی رہ گئے انہیں علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے نحر کیا، سفیان سے پوچھا گیا کہ یہ حدیث کس نے روایت کی ہے تو انہوں نے کہا: جعفر صادق نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور ابن ابی لیلیٰ نے حکم سے، حکم نے مقسم سے اور مقسم نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کی ہے۔

English Translation

Sufyan said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed Hajj three times, twice before he emigrated, and once after he had emigrated, and once after he had emigrated to Al-Madinah. He performed ‘Umrah along with his Hajj. The total number of camels brought by the Prophet (ﷺ) and ‘Ali was one hundred. Among them was a (male) camel belonging to Abu Jahl, which had a silver ring in its nose. The Prophet (ﷺ) slaughtered sixty-three with his own hand, and ‘Ali slaughtered the rest.”
