Baab Ayaam Fitn Ke Ehkaam Aur Ummat May Waqay Hone Wale Fitno Ki Paishan Goyian

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْقَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَتَانَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ فَوَضَعْنَا لَهُ مَاءً يَتَبَرَّدُ بِهِ فَاغْتَسَلَ،‏‏‏‏ ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ بِمِلْحَفَةٍ صَفْرَاءَ،‏‏‏‏ فَرَأَيْتُ أَثَرَ الْوَرْسِ عَلَى عُكَنِهِ .

Urdu Translation

قیس بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   ہمارے پاس نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے، تو ہم نے آپ کے لیے پانی رکھا تاکہ آپ اس سے ٹھنڈے ہوں، آپ نے اس سے غسل فرمایا، پھر میں آپ کے پاس ایک پیلی چادر لے کر آیا، ( اس کو آپ نے پہنا ) تو میں نے آپ کے پیٹ کی سلوٹوں پر ورس کا نشان دیکھا ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Qais bin Sa’d said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) came to us and we gave him some water with which to cool down. He bathed, then I brought him a yellow blanket, and I saw the traces of Wars (the yellow dye) on the folds of his stomach.”
