حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِلزُّبَيْرِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ كُلُّ أَزْوَاجِكَ كَنَّيْتَهُ غَيْرِي،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَأَنْتِ أُمُّ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کیا کہ آپ نے اپنی تمام بیویوں کی کنیت رکھی، صرف میں ہی باقی ہوں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم «ام عبداللہ» ہو ۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha that she said to the Prophet(ﷺ): All of your wives have a Kunyah except me. He said: You are Umm Abdullah .
