It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him say something good, or else remain silent.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ،‏‏‏‏ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو اسے چاہیئے کہ وہ اچھی بات کہے، یا خاموش رہے ۔
