حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْعُكْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَنَا وَضُوءًا؟ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاسْتَنْشَقَ مِنْ كَفٍّ وَاحِدٍ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن زید انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے اور ہم سے وضو کے لیے پانی مانگا، ہم نے پانی حاضر کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک ہی چلو سے کلی کی، اور ناک میں پانی ڈالا ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Zaid Al-Ansari said: The Messenger of Allah came to us and asked us for water for ablution. I brought water to him and he rinsed his mouth and sniffed water up into his nostrils from one handful.
