حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ مَرَّةً .

Urdu Translation

عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے وضو کیا، اور اپنے سر کا ایک مرتبہ مسح کیا۔

English Translation

It was narrated that 'Uthman bin 'Affan said: I saw the Messenger of Allah performing ablution and he wiped his head once.
