حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ ّرَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ فَخَرَجَ رَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَعَلَّنَا أَعْجَلْنَاكَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا أُعْجِلْتَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ أُقْحِطْتَ فَلَا غُسْلَ عَلَيْكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَلَيْكَ الْوُضُوءُ .

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا گزر قبیلہ انصار کے ایک شخص کے پاس ہوا، آپ نے اسے بلوایا، وہ آیا تو اس کے سر سے پانی کے قطرے ٹپک رہے تھے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: شاید ہم نے تم کو جلد بازی میں ڈال دیا ، اس نے کہا: جی ہاں، اللہ کے رسول! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم جلد بازی میں ڈال دئیے جاؤ، یا جماع انزال ہونے سے قبل موقوف کرنا پڑے تو تم پر غسل واجب نہیں بلکہ وضو کافی ہے ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that: The Messenger of Allah passed by (the house of) one of the Ansar and sent word for him to come out. He came out with his head dripping and (the Prophet) said: Perhaps we made you hurry? He said: O Messenger of Allah. He said, If you are hurried (by someone) or obstructed (from orgasm) and do not ejaculate, then you do not have to take a bath, but you should perform ablution.
