حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ حِينَ يَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلَاةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحِينَ يَرْكَعُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحِينَ يَسْجُدُ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ اپنے دونوں ہاتھ نماز میں مونڈھوں ( کندھوں ) کے بالمقابل اٹھاتے جس وقت نماز شروع کرتے، جس وقت رکوع کرتے ( یعنی رفع یدین کرتے ) ، اور جس وقت سجدہ کرتے ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) raising his hands during prayer until they were parallel with his shoulders when he started to pray, when he bowed and when he prostrated.”
