حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّى الْحِمْصِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ مَجُوسَ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ الْمُكَذِّبُونَ بِأَقْدَارِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنْ مَرِضُوا فَلَا تَعُودُوهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنْ مَاتُوا فَلَا تَشْهَدُوهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنْ لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ فَلَا تُسَلِّمُوا عَلَيْهِمْ .

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس امت کے مجوسی وہ لوگ ہیں جو اللہ کی تقدیر کے جھٹلانے والے ہیں، اگر وہ بیمار پڑ جائیں تو تم ان کی عیادت نہ کرو، اگر مر جائیں تو ان کے جنازے میں شریک نہ ہو، اور اگر ان سے ملو تو انہیں سلام نہ کرو ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The Magicians of this Ummah are those who deny the decrees of Allah. If they fall sick, do not visit them; if they die, do not attend their funerals; and if you meet them, do not greet them with Salam.'
