حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَدْرٍ شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْدَارِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنِّي قَدْ بَدَّنْتُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِذَا رَكَعْتُ فَارْكَعُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِذَا رَفَعْتُ فَارْفَعُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِذَا سَجَدْتُ فَاسْجُدُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا أُلْفِيَنَّ رَجُلًا يَسْبِقُنِي إِلَى الرُّكُوعِ وَلَا إِلَى السُّجُودِ .

Urdu Translation

ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میرا بدن بھاری ہو گیا ہے، لہٰذا جب میں رکوع میں جاؤں تب تم رکوع میں جاؤ، اور جب رکوع سے اپنا سر اٹھا لوں تو تم اپنا سر اٹھاؤ، اور جب سجدہ میں چلا جاؤں تو تم سجدہ میں جاؤ، میں کسی شخص کو نہ پاؤں کہ وہ مجھ سے پہلے رکوع یا سجدے میں چلا جائے ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Abu Musa said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘I have gained weight, so when I bow, then bow, and when I stand up, then stand up, and when I prostrate, then prostrate. I should never find anyone preceding me in bowing or prostration.’”
