بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ أُرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنٍ حَاسِدٍ، اَللّٰهُ يَشْفِيكَ، بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ أُرْقِيكَ

اللہ کے نام سے میں تجھے دم کرتا ہوں، ہر اس چیز سے جو تجھے نقصان پہنچائے، ہر بری نظر اور حسد کرنے والی آنکھ کے شر سے۔ اللہ تجھے شفا دے، اللہ کے نام سے میں تجھے دم کرتا ہوں۔

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

میں اللہ کے کامل کلمات کی پناہ لیتا ہوں ہر اس چیز کے شر سے جو اس نے پیدا کی۔
