In the latest incident happened on Monday, a truck hit the hanging wires which resulted into on-the-spot death of the truck driver.
Police said that the incident took place on Vehari Road.The driver of the truck was later identified as Mohsin, a resident of Chishtian.It is necessary to mention here that this was the second incident of electrocution during the last two days.Earlier two persons were killed and three injured when a truck hit the hanging electric wires on Sunday.A resident of the area said that the incident occurred due to the inefficiency and negligence of Wapda.
