chicken tikka (INGREDIENTS)

Chicken 1 kilo
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Whole gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
Orange food colour a pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yougurt 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD

Put all ingredients together and marinate 4 to 5 hours and cook until all water of chicken and yogurt dry Then bar b q on fire and chicken tikka is ready to ready to eat with mint sauce and tandoori naan.
