In a grinder grind together 15 almonds and 2tbsp melon seeds along with some waterHeat ½ cup oil in a wok and fry 4 chopped onions until golden. Add 750g meat, salt as required, 1tbsp ginger paste, 1tbsp garlic paste and fry for a minute
Add 1/4tsp turmeric, 2tsp red chili powder, 5 green chilies and 1 cup water. Cover and reduce the flame to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes
Add the ground almond mixture and 1 cup dried mango powder. Mix well
Add ½ cup yogurt, 15 raisins, 1tso all spice powder, 1 pinch saffron.
Cook until the meat is tender. The delicious amchoor gosht is ready to serve
