Ingredients
  1. ½ kg walnuts
    400 grams chicken boneless
    1 tbsp ginger paste
    1 tbsp garlic paste
    Salt as required
    1 tsp cumin powder
    ¼ cup yogurt
    1 tbsp oil
    2 onions
    1 tomato
    4 green chilies
    1 tsp coriander powder
    2 tbsp cream
    1 tsp all spice powder
Method
  • Marinate the chicken with 1tbsp garlic paste, 1tbsp garlic paste, salt as required, 1/2tsp cumin, 1/4cup yogurt. Leave aside for half an hour
    Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan and fry 2 chopped onions until light brown in color
    Add 1  tomato puree and mix well. Cook until the oil floats on top.
    Add 4 green chilies and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add 1tsp coriander powder,1/2tsp cumin powder and cook for a minute
    Add the chicken , cover and cook until the chicken is tender
    Add ½ cup walnuts, 2tbsp cream and 1tsp all spice powder .Mix well and serve
