This is chenna not Khoya.By separating the milk solids,properties of milk changed.it will no longer remain sweet as it will remain in Kyoha.Thanks for your recipe anyway...

This khoya dodh is also available in the milk shop in the bottles, I like the taste it too much. Specially in the summer it gives a great taste that is why I want to make it home and learn the recipe of it.
