For the cottage cheese mixture
Dissolve the saffron in the milk and keep aside
Blend together all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
For the fruit filling
Mix together all the ingredients and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Squeeze out all the water and arrange the fruit in a greased 150 mm. (6") diameter pie dish.
How to proceed
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the fruit and bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (440°F) for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
