Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
    Onion 1 kg fried dark brown remove and crushed
    Oil 1 cup
    Rice 750 gm boiled with 2 tbsp salt
    Allspice 2 tsp
    Salt 1 tbsp
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion dark brown, remove and crush, in the same oil ad chicken with garlic paste, salt, and allspice powder, fry well add half crushed onion with 1 cup water, cover and cook till done, add remaining brown onion, now give layers, spread rice in pan, then chicken, sprinkle with ½ tsp allspice, remaining boiled rice, leave it on dum, mix and serve with fried kishmish and almonds sliced.
