Balochi Pulao recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Main Course recipe of Balochi Pulao can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
Onion 1 kg fried dark brown remove and crushed
Oil 1 cup
Rice 750 gm boiled with 2 tbsp salt
Allspice 2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped

METHOD

Heat oil fry onion dark brown, remove and crush, in the same oil ad chicken with garlic paste, salt, and allspice powder, fry well add half crushed onion with 1 cup water, cover and cook till done, add remaining brown onion, now give layers, spread rice in pan, then chicken, sprinkle with ½ tsp allspice, remaining boiled rice, leave it on dum, mix and serve with fried kishmish and almonds sliced.
