  1. چاول ---------- آدھا کلو
  2. آئل ---------- ايک پائو
  3. جھينگا ---------- آدھا پائو
  4. پياز ---------- دو عدد
  5. لہسن ---------- ايک گھٹي
  6. کڑي پتہ ---------- چار عدد
  7. کالا زيرہ ---------- آدھا چھوٹا چمچ
  8. بڑي الائچي ---------- ايک عدد
  9. دار چيني ---------- ايک ٹکڑا
  10. لونگ ---------- چار عدد
  11. کالي مرچ ---------- چھ عدد
  12. دہي ---------- آدھا پائو
  13. نمک ---------- حسب ضرورت
  14. جوائن ---------- ايک چمچہ چھوٹا
  15. پاني ---------- ايک کلو
METHOD
  • جھينگے دھو کر تھوڑا سا نمک اور پسي ہوئي اجوائن لگا کر رکھ ديں، چاول دھو کر بيس منٹ کيلئے بھگو کر رکھ ديں، پياز کو آئل ميں سرخ کريں اور اس ميں جھينگے ڈال کر بھونيں، اب سارا مصالحہ دہي ڈال ديں اور بھونتے جائيں، جب دہي کا پاني سوکھ جائے، تو ڈيڑھ پيالي پاني ڈال ديں اور ابلنے ديں، ايک پيالہ پاني باقي رہ جائے تو چاول ڈال ديں، ساتھ ہي تين پيالے پاني اور ڈال ديں، اب چاول تيز آنچ پر پکائيں، جب بہت معمولي پاني رہ جائے تو دم لگائيں، نہايت لذيذ جھينگا پلائو تيار ہے۔

i just loved to eat jhingaa the taste is better then fish .. but ppl said that fish is batter but its to different taste sea food..will try this jhinga pulaw 1st time today i hope my mother in law and sis and my hubby like it
