Ingredients
  1. Prawns 200gm
    Garlic 3-4 cloves
    Salt to taste
    For dressing:
    Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 5-6
    Garlic 8-10
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Oil to fry 1 tsp
    For salad:
    Carrots 1
    Green onion 2-3 sticks
    Green coriander 2 tbsp
    Thai red chili 2-3
Method
  • Boil 200 gm prawns with some salt and 3-4 garlic and drain it.
    For Dressing:
    In a mixing bowl, add in 2-3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 5-6 green chilies, 8-10 garlic, 2 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tsp sesame seed oil. Mix everything and dressing is ready.
    For salad:
    In a mixing bowl, take 1 carrot, 2-3 sticks green onion, 2 tbsp chopped green coriander and 2-3 thai red chilies and mix t. add in prawns and put in dressing. Mix it and serve.
