Finely chop 1 – 2 onions and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together chopped onion, ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, ½ bunch of mint leaves, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 1 cup gram flour, ½ tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tbsp soda bi carb, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and salt to taste, mix well.
Make into medium consistency batter with water as required.
Now fry into fritters shape till golden brown and crisp. Remove from oil.
Arrange in a serving dish, garnish with ginger juliennes, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Serve with ketchup or any other dip.
