Ingredients
  1. Boiled rice 250 gm
    Cabbage 1 cup Julians
    Spring onion thinly sliced 2
    Onion 1 sliced
    Carrot 1 sliced
    Capsicum 1 sliced
    Tomato 1 sliced seeds remove
    Oil ¼ cup
    Eggs 2 beaten
    Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    White pepper ½ tsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil fry crushed garlic, add beaten eggs, add all vegetables, seasonings, soya sauce with boiled rice, mix well and remove.
