  1. 400 gm Chicken
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Whole Garam Masala
  4. 1 Bayleaf
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1 Tomato
  7. 2 Green Chilly
  8. 1 Dried Red Chilly
  9. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  10. 1 tsp Chicken Masala (Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper)
  11. 1 tsp Sugar
  12. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  13. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  14. 3 Potato
Method
  • 1) Marinate chicken with salt, chicken masala, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste for about 1hr.
  • 2) Cut tomato into small pieces, potato into half and make a paste of onion and green chilly.
  • 3) Heat oil in cooker then add whole garam masala with bay leaf and dried red chilly to crackle in oil. Pour onion paste and fry it until it brown. Add marinated chicken and potato, fry it. Stir continuously for about 10- 15 mins . Add tomato. Pour water as required. Atlast close the lid of the cooker for about 2 whistlets.

Bengali Chicken Curry very good in taste m also a bengali and this recipe is the same traditional recipe of curry ..i also make this at home one in a week ..
