Crush whole spices and keep it aside. Chop onion, green chilies and mint leaves. In pan mix together gram flour, wheat flour, salt, yeast, crushed red chili, chopped onion; chopped mint leaves and chopped green chilies. Knead to dough with warm water. Leave it to rise. Make thick balls, roll into thick Naan, put into oven proof tray and leave for few minutes. Bake in a pre heated oven of 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Take out from oven, brush butter on it and serve.
