  1. prawn minced 140 g
  2. coriander root 10.000 g
  3. oyester sauce 10.000 g
  4. chicken powder 5.000 g
  5. salt 3.000 g
  6. pepper 3.000 g
  7. soy sauce 10.000 g
  8. corn flour 5.000 g
  9. eggs 60.000 g
  10. bread crumb 20.000 g
  11. corn oil 10.000 g
Method
  • minced prawn mix with all the ingredients make a ball and dip with egg and corn flour cover with bread cube and deep fry it.serve with sweet chilli sauce.
