INGREDIENTS

prawn minced 140 g

coriander root 10.000 g

oyester sauce 10.000 g

chicken powder 5.000 g

salt 3.000 g

pepper 3.000 g

soy sauce 10.000 g

corn flour 5.000 g

eggs 60.000 g

bread crumb 20.000 g

corn oil 10.000 g

METHOD

minced prawn mix with all the ingredients make a ball and dip with egg and corn flour cover with bread cube and deep fry it.serve with sweet chilli sauce.
