چیزی نان (INGREDIENTS)

میدہ تین سو گرام
دہی ایک کپ
زیتون کا تیل ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
نمک چٹکی بھر
(چیڈرچیز ایک کپ ﴿کدوکش کیا ہوا

METHOD

ایک پیالے میں میدہ، دہی، زیتون کا تیل، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، نمک کو ملاکر اچھی طرح سے گوندھ لیں۔
آٹے کو دس منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
پھر آٹے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے پیڑے بنالیں۔
اب پیڑے بیل کر درمیان میں ایک کپ چیز ڈال دیں اور دوبارہ رول کریں۔
پھر آٹے کے پتلے نان بناکر فرائنگ پین میں تین منٹ کے لیے دونوں طرف سے فرائی کرلیں۔
گرم چیزی نان نکال کر سرو کریں۔
